Not Just A Staymaker
"Hospitality is the poetry of welcome; spoken not in words, but in details."
Membo Gan Jie Shen
In a world where travel has become a search for connection, comfort, and meaning, Membo Gan Jie Shen quietly shapes unforgettable experiences. As the Founder and Director of Perfect Pinnacle Sdn Bhd, she has built more than a business; she has shaped a vision where every stay becomes a story, and every space feels like home.
With a degree in Financial Economics from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Membo entered the property and hospitality world with both intellect and heart. Her grasp of market rhythms and financial structures provides the business with its strength, while her empathy and intuition give it soul.

In 2018, she founded The Stay Hub, a homestay brand that began with just a few units at Regalia Residences. What followed was a journey of bold decisions, long nights, and deep belief. Within a year, the portfolio expanded to over 50 units, built on trust, service, and her warm personal touch.
When the pandemic brought the world to a halt, Membo responded with clarity and agility. Through flexible leasing strategies and a strong team spirit, she kept the company steady and ready for a powerful resurgence.
Today, Perfect Pinnacle operates in premium developments like Arte Mont Kiara, The Colony, and Riveria City. But for Membo, growth is not only about the size, it’s about raising the standard. She infuses hospitality with technology, elegance, and genuine care to craft guest experiences that feel both refined and personal.
Her impact also extends into the community; As Secretary of Pertubuhan Confucian Chung De Klang, Membo gives back to the roots that shaped her, keeping culture and compassion central to her journey.
Looking ahead, Membo envisions Perfect Pinnacle evolving into a full-fledged lifestyle ecosystem, one that ideally fuses hospitality, design, technology, and community to redefine how people live, work, and feel at home. Membo Gan Jie Shen isn’t just managing properties, she’s crafting homes away from home. With every project, she proves that hospitality is not merely about service; it’s about making people feel seen, safe, and truly welcome.
