In 2016, Leon joined Armani Group, where under the leadership and guidance of Dato’ Sri Azlan and Dato’ Sri Wong, he steadily progressed within the organization. His analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics quickly positioned him as a key player in the company’s sales and pricing strategies. He became known for his ability to interpret purchaser behaviour, respond swiftly to market shifts, and set competitive price points that align with both demand and project positioning.

Today, Leon serves as the Deputy Managing Director of Armani Group, where he plays a pivotal role in setting the right pricing for new property launches, ensuring that offerings are competitively positioned to meet market demand while maximizing value for both the company and its purchasers. His hands-on approach in managing sales targets, monitoring market trends, and optimizing sales promotions has significantly contributed to the company’s sustained success.
