Dato' Sri Azlan Bin Azmi

An accomplished graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Civil Engineering, Dato’ Sri Azlan began his career in 1999 by undertaking a private project with Rothmans Petaling Jaya.

Subsequently, in the year 2000, Dato’ Sri Azlan joined Brunsfield Engineering Sdn Bhd to deepen his expertise in the construction industry. He later advanced his career by joining a Taiwanese group of companies, where he was accountable for implementing and managing numerous construction and property development projects before leaving in 2014 to focus on building his own construction and property development business. This bold transition marked a defining chapter in his professional journey.

With over two decades of experience in construction, property development, and real estate, combined with his deep technical expertise and keen business acumen, Dato’ Sri Azlan’s distinguished career and contributions are proven by his impressive track record in elevating the value of Malay Reserve Land. He has successfully delivered a wide range of projects spanning commercial, industrial, high-rise, and landed residential developments. Dato’ Sri Azlan was appointed as a Professional Board Member of Perbadanan Kampong Bharu Kuala Lumpur in March 2024, where he plays a vital role in planning and developing one of the most valuable land areas in the capital. This appointment stands as a testament to his capabilities and further cements his role within Kampong Bharu Development Corporation (PKB), the coordinating agency spearheading the transformative redevelopment of Kampong Bharu, Kuala Lumpur.
