As the Founder of Videv Consulting Sdn Bhd, he continues to shape HR excellence with his skills, expertise, and knowledge.

Dr. Dev’s professional journey has been a testament to his commitment to HR excellence. He has contributed to numerous companies, including Minolta, Transmark, City-Link Express, Stamford Group, PWC Corporation, and Digiland Distributors. Within these organisations, he has demonstrated his prowess in various HR-related areas, such as payroll management, manpower optimisation, staff development and retention, competency development, HR systems integration, compensation and benefits management, staff welfare, workplace safety, and health control and prevention management.

Throughout his career, Dr. Dev has earned a reputation for delivering remarkable HR solutions. Some of his notable achievements include setting up HR systems interlinking HR procedures and SOP at Minolta, establishing an HR department with standard HR guide and manual for Transmark, and developing a Performance Management System for staff appraisal at City-Link Express. He has also designed and implemented a Job Competency Catalogue (JCC) at PWC for better staff development and retention, and created the Option Bank for Ideas (OBI) at Digiland to encourage innovation and performance improvement.

Dr. Dev’s academic qualifications and certifications reflect his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. He holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Malaya, a Masters in HRM from the University of Newcastle (Australia), and a Ph.D. from the University of Columbus (USA). His status as a Certified Trainer from TAFE-Australia, Certified Workplace Trainer from SIT-Malaysia, and Certified Hospitality Trainer from AHLA-USA further exemplifies his expertise. Dr. Dev is a member of MIHRM, MSTD, and a panel HR consultant for NHRC (PSMB).
